Welcome to a New Path Forward

Compassionate, Evidence-Based Counseling for Individuals and Families Navigating Substance Use in North Carolina

Start Your Healing Journey with Support You Can Trust.

You might be feeling overwhelmed by your own substance use, concerned about a loved one’s behavior, or struggling to maintain recovery while managing mental health challenges. Maybe you're navigating a complicated relationship with substances—working toward moderation or sobriety, but feeling stuck in cycles that are hard to break. Or perhaps you’re in recovery and need a space to process the trauma and emotions that surfaced along the way.

Whatever you're facing, you're not alone—and you don't have to figure it out by yourself. I provide thoughtful, nonjudgmental support for individuals and families looking to better understand substance use, break harmful patterns, and move toward a more grounded, connected life. Whether through teletherapy across North Carolina or in-person sessions in Durham, I’m here to help you take the next right step.
